Claire Andrade-Watkins, Ph, D., Emerson College Dept. of Visual and Media Arts, will present a documentary on Cape Verdean identity entitled "Hidden and Forgotten Histories". She is the author of the highly praised documentary "Some Kind of Funny Porto Rican? A Cape Verdean American Story" (2006).
The event is sponsored by the Department of Modern Languages, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Institute for Portuguese and Lusophone World Studies.
