NEW! Blackboard Help Sessions

Instructors: USS and FCTL staff

User Support Services (USS) and the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning (FCTL) will offer one-on-one sessions on course design and Blackboard course implementation. These one-hour sessions are by appointment only. (Note: we offer some late afternoon/early evening sessions.) The dates and time slots are:

Thursday, August 27, 9am-8pm, on the hour

Friday, August 28, 9am-3pm, on the hour

These Help Sessions are intended to help faculty with specific topic areas, such as:

·         Online course design that is consistent with your syllabus

·         Organizing, building, and managing course content

·         Uploading and using video content

·         Using Discussions

·         Using journals and blogs

·         Creating assignments

·         Developing rubrics

·         Giving students feedback

·         Creating tests and using test pools

·         Creating surveys

·         Using the Grade Center
