Suicide is the second leading cause of death among college students in the United States. Question, Persuade and Refer (QPR) is an evidence-based program designed to reduce suicidal behaviors by providing suicide prevention training to community gatekeepers. The workshop will utilize PowerPoint, video, discussion, and role playing to learn how to identify and support students at risk. Facilitated by Tom Lavin (Counseling Center) and Prachi Kene (CEP).
