This interactive class provides an introduction to food chemistry with emphasis on food preparation, safety, consumption, and nutrition. Students will share their knowledge of food chemistry with the RIC community by explaining the chemical composition of various foods from all over the globe and the important role chemistry plays in food preparation and consumption. Tasting included!
