 Drawing upon research and her experiences as an athlete with disabilities, Sarah Everhart-Skeels a member of the RI Governor's Commission for People with Disabilities and consultant with both the Boston Medical Center and the Disability Research Institute at Boston University, will question and expand traditional definitions of disability and will talk about encouraging full community participation and successful adaptation through sports and recreational activities.
